Job Description
As an official BMW dealer in Frauenfeld and Weinfelden, Bickel Auto AG offers all services related to the vehicle under one roof. Since 01.04.2026, the company has been part of the French group "Hess Automobile".
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality who competently advises our customers on parts and accessories.
Your tasks
- Processing telephone and written customer orders
- Serving and advising customers in direct sales
- Assisting with inventory management
- Independently handling complaints and returns
- Delivering customer orders when required

Your Profile
Your profile
- Completed basic training as a retail specialist EFZ
- Experience in automotive parts logistics
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Driving licence category B
- Good German skills, English an advantage
- Neat appearance and customer-oriented manners
- Efficient and reliable working style
