For our production team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a humorous, flexible and motivated specialist bakery worker for the mid or night shift.

The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and day structures. The employees are guided at work by 150 specialist staff. 

These are your varied tasks

• Independently managing all stations in the bakery
• Ensuring qualitative, quantitative and timely production
• Willingness to work in various shifts (early, mid, late and night shifts) including weekends
• Continuous control and monitoring of cost-effectiveness
• Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
• Supporting, accompanying and promoting our employees in the protected environment during work execution
• Complying with and implementing hygiene guidelines

What you bring with you

• Experience as a baker - confectioner or as a cook
• Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
• You are an entrepreneurial thinking and loyal person
• Flexibility, resilience, tolerance and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Impeccable reputation

The working hours for the mid shift are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:45 pm and for the night shift Monday to Sunday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (with occasional weekend assignments).
