Wädenswil is an attractive town on the left shore of Lake Zurich with just over 26,000 inhabitants. Around 380 employees work in the city administration, providing comprehensive services to the population on a daily basis.
The Accounting Department is part of the Finance Division and is responsible for the payroll accounting of the employees.
To support our small, well-coordinated team, we are looking for aYour areas of responsibility include
- independent management of payroll accounting for the city administration employees
- processing of compensation payments for authorities, fire brigade and other commissions
- preparation of statements and annual declarations
- handling and reconciliation of social insurances, including withholding tax
- active participation in the further development and optimisation of processes
- competent contact person for internal as well as external bodies
Your qualifications
- completed commercial training
- solid professional experience in payroll accounting and social insurance
- further training as a payroll specialist is an advantage
- strong discretion as well as an independent, precise and reliable working style
- good IT user skills (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CMI) are an advantage
- high communication and team skills
