What to expect

• Professional, personnel and administrative management of ward O East (38 beds) together with three other team leaders
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance in nursing within the Shared Governance team
• Participation in patient care
• Ensuring coordinated, patient-centred care
• Co-responsibility for the training of students and apprentices

What you bring

• Diploma in Nursing HF or FH as well as several years of professional experience in acute care
• High professional, personal and social skills
• Organisational skills, resilience and enthusiasm for innovation
• Business, conceptual and networked thinking
• Commitment to team-oriented and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Leadership training at CAS level or willingness to complete it
• Positive attitude towards work and openness to new challenges
