Tasks
- Record and receive service and repair orders
- Plan and schedule service technicians throughout Switzerland
- Coordinate and monitor customer appointments
- Provide telephone customer support and answer general enquiries
- Handle and follow up on complaints
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial basic training
- Solid technical understanding
- Very good French skills for daily customer communication
- Native German speaker or bilingual German/French
- Organisational skills and independent, structured working style
