Vetterli & Partner AG is an established real estate trust company based in Zumikon, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented, independent, and committed individual.

Your tasks

• You independently manage a varied portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership.
• You are a competent and reliable contact person for owners, tenants, and other partners and manage the properties administratively and technically.
• You organise and coordinate re-lettings, apartment inspections, and handovers.
• You organise and lead condominium owners' meetings and ensure the implementation of the resolutions passed.
• You are responsible for the property accounting as well as the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements.
• An administrator supports you in your tasks and is professionally guided by you.
• Our well-coordinated accounting team handles all payment transactions and relieves you in day-to-day business.

Your profile

• Commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in property management, ideally with your own portfolio
• Very good German skills and confident written expression
• Good MS Office skills and enthusiasm for digital work processes
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of personal contact
• Commitment, sense of responsibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset
