Are you motivated by the idea of providing people with security and guidance in challenging claims cases? Would you like to independently handle complex property and liability claims and drive suitable solutions forward?

In this role, you are part of the Claims business unit in the Property & Liability Claims area at Zurich Switzerland.

What to expect

• You support and assist people in claims cases by taking over the handling of difficult claims.
• You clarify open questions and are responsible for verbal and written enquiries from policyholders, claimants, lawyers, authorities and insurance companies.
• You have claims processing under control, including clarifying facts, coverage and liability issues as well as carrying out claims calculations.

What distinguishes you

• You have successfully completed a commercial or equivalent training, ideally with a professional insurance certificate or a qualification from a Higher Technical School (HF) for insurance.
• You have several years of experience in the claims department.
• You have an affinity for IT and quickly learn to operate new IT systems.
• You are characterised by a quick grasp, work precisely and place great importance on being able to organise yourself.
• You have very good oral and written German skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
