In our residential companies, we provide a home for around 340 people with disabilities. Different living arrangements and various leisure activities are available to meet the individual needs of our residents. The goal of our work is to ensure the greatest possible participation and involvement of residents in all aspects of life. - Completed secondary school with medium or high requirements

- Sense of responsibility and discretion
- Mental and physical resilience

- Good comprehension, communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to work irregular hours
