In this role, where measurement accuracy and standard compliance are crucial, you take responsibility for our accredited and independent ISO 17025 calibration laboratory as well as for our internal measuring equipment management and contribute significantly to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

This is what gets you up in the morning:

You ensure that our measuring and testing equipment is always precise, compliant with standards, and ready for use
With technical know-how and analytical thinking, you monitor all measuring equipment, plan and coordinate calibrations according to the schedule, and ensure compliance with ISO 17025
In close cooperation with the Quality Manager, you develop and optimize testing regulations and contribute your expertise to further develop processes
As a competent contact person, you support production, quality assurance, and sales in all matters related to measuring equipment and calibration
Additionally, you actively shape the further development of our measuring equipment infrastructure and the expansion of the calibration laboratory

This is what we expect from you:

You have a bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical or scientific field of study, ideally complemented by further training in statistics
Experience in quality management and metrology
You work in a structured, methodical way with a high standard of accuracy and reliability
Hands-on mentality and high self-motivation
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
