PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE ACTIVE INGREDIENT PRODUCTION and LOGISTICS

CSL Vifor is a globally leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative therapies for the treatment of severe and chronic diseases. We are looking for a dedicated production employee (m/f/d) to support us in the area of active ingredient production and internal production logistics at the St. Gallen site.

YOUR TASKS: For our site in St. Gallen, we are looking for a production employee with the following responsibilities:

• Manufacture of raw materials, intermediates, and active ingredients, as well as packaging of pharmaceuticals
• Operation of production equipment according to standard procedures and cGMP requirements
• Management of internal production logistics both paper-based and via ERP system, as well as preparation of materials for the production lines
• Data entry for process control and support during investigations
• Ensuring safe and timely production while adhering to quality standards
• Performing cleaning and in-process controls according to valid SOPs
• Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes
• Responsibility for correct labeling of used substances

YOUR PROFILE: For this position, we are looking for a responsible and independent person with the following profile:

• Completed training in logistics, food, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or comparable field
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics companies
• Solid knowledge of GMP guidelines or manufacturing processes in a regulated environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility. Willingness to perform physical and PC work
• Teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate
• Familiarity with basic GMP concepts, ideally complemented by knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
• Good IT skills (ERP, operating systems, office programs)
• Willingness for internal and external further training
