How you contribute:

• You independently create public and private outdoor lighting systems.
• You carry out repair and maintenance work on public street lighting.
• You programme modern lighting systems and commission them.
• You support us in the construction and maintenance of object and special lighting on squares and landmarks in the city of Lucerne.
• You operate and handle special vehicles such as articulated lifts and elevating work platforms.
• You maintain our digital system documentation.

What you bring:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ or network electrician EFZ.
• You have basic electrical knowledge and can read and understand schematics. Experience in public lighting is not a requirement.
• You have already gained initial or several years of professional experience.
• You enjoy cable network construction, lighting technology and new technologies.
• You like working outdoors and are not afraid of heights.
• You are responsible, flexible and willing to occasionally work night shifts.
• You hold a car driving licence, a lorry driving licence is an advantage.
