About the job

• you see yourself as a host and accompany our guests during admissions and discharges
• you advise and record the meal wishes of our guests in the hospital bed and enter them into the electronic ordering system
• you serve our guests in their rooms
• you take on housekeeping services in the care wards
• you work closely as an interface function with nursing, kitchen, housekeeping and nutritional counselling
• you supervise nursing and hospitality-housekeeping trainees during their internships in station hospitality

• you have experience in gastronomy, hospitality, housekeeping or another service profession
• you have preferably completed training as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ, hotel specialist EFZ or restaurant specialist EFZ
• you have very good German skills in spoken and written form
• you are experienced in working with electronic tools and programmes
• you are characterised by a high willingness to provide service, flexibility and quick comprehension
• you enjoy working with trainees in the competence area of station hospitality
• you remain calm even in hectic situations and serve our guests with a smile
• you are willing to work on public holidays and weekends
