The Hightech Zentrum Aargau AG successfully supports the Aargau business landscape in its innovation projects. To this end, we advise and accompany SMEs on technology issues and innovation processes and maintain an extensive network with universities and organisations in the innovation environment.

For our focus Digital Technologies & Automation (D&A) we are looking for

Practice-Oriented Technology and Innovation Expert 80-100% (m/f/d)

You accompany companies from the first technological question to the completed innovation project. You analyse initial situations, evaluate solution approaches and bring companies together with suitable research and implementation partners. At the same time, you build your own customer and project network and further develop the focus Digital Technologies & Automation together with the team. You understand the challenges and reality of Swiss SMEs from your own experience and can quickly familiarise yourself with a wide range of technological and operational issues.

You have a broad basic understanding of modern technologies such as AI, IIoT, data platforms, automation or robotics and can practically assess their potential for SMEs. We are looking for a pragmatic specialist with proven practical and implementation experience in the SME and industrial environment.

Your Qualifications

• Technical education (FH/ETH/Uni) in computer science, automation, engineering or comparable practical qualification
• At least 10 years of practical professional experience in Swiss SMEs is mandatory
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and business acumen
