Tasks
- Responsible for personnel administration from entry to exit (creating contracts, contract changes, agreements, terminations, interim and work certificates, confirmations, etc.)
- Monthly salary processing in cooperation with Suva
- Maintenance of personnel master data in SAP HR as well as control of mutations
- Calculating, recording and checking working hours as well as absences
- Registrations with social and personal insurances (SVA, FAK, UV, withholding tax, BVG)
- Contact person for employees for labor law matters and salary-specific inquiries
- Administrative and organizational support of the HR consultants
- Participation in projects as well as optimization and further development of personnel management
- Occasional support at the HR counter
Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training and further education as an HR specialist
- Several years of experience in HR administration including support in payroll processing (experience in healthcare is an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of social insurance and labor law
- Loyal and team-oriented personality with an accurate, independent and efficient way of working
- Service- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- High resilience, flexibility and reliability
- Very good IT skills in SAP HR, MS Office, Swiss+ as well as common time recording programs
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
