Ventilation System Installer with Service and Customer Support Focus
Tasks
- Service and customer support assignments in the ventilation/air conditioning sector
- Installation, maintenance, and inspection of technically demanding equipment at our customers’ premises
- Adjustment and commissioning of new systems
- Maintenance of service data, preparation of service reports
- Collaboration with project managers and dispatchers
- On-call duties (5-6 times per year)
Requirements
- Completed training as a ventilation system installer
- Experience in customer service
- Additional experience as a heating and/or sanitary installer is an advantage
- Willingness to perform periodic on-call duties
- Driving licence category B
