Customer Service Representative 100% (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing from receipt to invoicing
- Telephone (internal) customer support
- Processing of returns and credits
- General administrative tasks
What we expect:
- Commercial basic training (or technical basic training with commercial further education)
- Experience in internal sales or order processing
- Confident communication in German and French knowledge is an advantage
- Independent working style with good PC skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage (ideally SD module)
