The Alterswohnen Muttenz Foundation offers elderly people a variety of tailored models for living, care and support, creating a cosy and comfortable home for them. The foundation includes the Zum Park and Käppeli retirement and nursing homes with their 205 rooms, which have been organisationally merged.

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Nursing Department 80-100%

• Responsibility for the flow of information to stakeholders and implementation of the home’s mission statement and leadership principles
• Assumes leadership responsibility for the department in the absence of the head of department
• Ensuring high-quality, resident-oriented and safe care
• Participation in process optimisation and quality standards
• Ensuring all necessary nursing documentation
• Ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration
• Participation in nursing
• Active involvement in personnel recruitment in the absence of the head of department

• You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF
• You are a leader and enjoy taking responsibility
• You maintain a positive attitude
• You possess a high degree of independence, a healthy assertiveness and pronounced social skills
• You are an open and communicatively strong personality
• You have very good computer skills and are IT savvy
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
