The Romandy headquarters of Raiffeisen Switzerland, based in Lausanne, acts as a service provider for the Raiffeisen Banks of French-speaking Switzerland. It provides services in areas such as strategy, investments, succession planning, financial planning, credit risk management, IT, human resources, training, marketing, and communication. In addition, the Romandy Swiss headquarters is actively involved in implementing the Raiffeisen Group's strategy.

Within the "Consulting & distribution" team of the Romandy Swiss headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a distribution advisor (m/f/d), private or corporate client segment:

• Support and accompany the distribution managers of the Raiffeisen Banks of French-speaking Switzerland;
• Strengthen and develop the Raiffeisen Banks in the private and corporate client segments;
• Implement B2B support (interviews, workshops, presentations, analyses, training) and identify opportunities;
• Contribute to defining and implementing distribution measures based on numerous contacts with the Raiffeisen Banks, in collaboration with German-speaking and Ticino colleagues.

• A higher education in business management, banking or insurance (university, university of applied sciences, ES, diploma);
• Proven experience as a banking or insurance advisor in Switzerland (private or corporate client orientation);
• Experience in sales management / support and accompaniment of sales forces;
• A communicative and authentic personality, ready to commit, possessing organizational and analytical skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility;
• Native French speaker with excellent command of German (spoken and written);
• High flexibility and ability to travel within French-speaking Switzerland.
