For the Radioanalytics Environment group, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Conducting sampling tours as part of environmental monitoring
Analysis and evaluation of environmental samples as well as food and material samples
Preparation of quarterly and annual reports on environmental monitoring
Analysis of commissioned samples (e.g., food or material samples) for radioactive traces
Routine analyses of incorporation samples
Supervision and quality assurance of analytical instruments (e.g., conducting functional checks and validation measurements)
Maintenance of the field-installed sampling equipment (e.g., air filter systems, water collectors, dust catch plates, rainwater collection containers)
Working in monitoring and control areas

Your profile

You have a vocational qualification as a chemical laboratory technician and several years of laboratory experience. Ideally, you are already familiar with inorganic sample digestion methods and are experienced in preparative chromatography
Valid driver's license of category B
Solid experience in trace analysis and operation of analytical instruments such as gamma detectors, alpha spectrometers, beta LSC, and ICP-MS
In-depth user knowledge of laboratory databases (LIMS) and Microsoft Office
