Holidays: Special holiday plans? If the annual 25 to 32 holiday days are not enough, the possibility of unpaid leave can be discussed with us. Our employees also receive an additional day off for their birthday!
GAV: Our employment conditions are fundamentally based on the collective labour agreement (GAV) for the staff of Bernese hospitals and clinics.
