Truck Driver as a Career Changer

About the job

Have you always wanted to drive a truck and see the road from a new perspective? Then your new challenge awaits you here. You will obtain the category C/E driving licence in the first month and learn the tasks of a driver directly on the job.

Important notes: Duration of training from theory course: approx. 6-12 months

What you will do

• You will supply our sales outlets in the cantons of Aargau, Bern and Solothurn
• You will drive trucks with trailers and ensure safe transport
• You will secure the load and check it before each journey
• You will carry out daily checks on your assigned vehicle
• You will load and unload goods as well as returns
• You will be on day trips and start and finish your working day in Schönbühl

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further education
• Specialisation: or several years of professional experience
• Professional experience: No experience as a driver necessary
• You are willing to work irregular hours
• You convince with your teamwork, resilience and flexibility
• You act responsibly and have a strong awareness of safety
• You hold a category B driving licence
• You are enthusiastic about trucks, road traffic and logistics
• German (B1)
