- You promote the quality of life of seriously ill and dying people as well as their relatives, while maintaining the best possible autonomy and individual will
- You are responsible for professional nursing and care and confidently apply modern and specialised nursing and treatment concepts
- You work closely with the interdisciplinary team and multiprofessional partners to ensure holistic and dignified care
- You accompany and support our trainees in their education and actively contribute to a positive learning environment through your knowledge and empathy
What you bring with you
- You hold a diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and have experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- You have the specialised further training in Palliative Care B2 or are willing to complete it
- Your working style is characterised by high reliability as well as clear, appreciative and empathetic communication
- You bring the emotional maturity to build and maintain professional relationships with seriously ill, dying people and their relatives
