Maintenance Technician 100% (Resourcer*)
Job Description
Operation of industrial supply systems:
Monitoring and control of industrial supply systems (water, steam, compressed air, cooling, energy)
Rounds and checks of operating parameters
Detection of deviations and immediate initiation of corrective measures
Operation of control systems (PCS 7)
Coordination with production to ensure supply continuity
Participation in on-call duty (standby) to ensure plant availability outside regular working hours
Preventive and corrective maintenance:
Inspection, maintenance and fault diagnosis on production systems (water, steam, compressed air, industrial cooling)
Maintenance of water treatment plants (filtration, reverse osmosis, cleaning)
New construction / projects:
● Assembly and commissioning of new production units
● Participation in projects for the expansion and modernisation of plants
Administrative and technical management:
● Recording and tracking of deployments via a CMMS tool
● Compliance with safety and environmental standards
● Inventory management and continuous improvement
Qualifications
This is how you impress us:
You are a committed individual with strong skills in diagnosis and problem-solving, bringing independence, diligence and team spirit, and have experience in writing technical reports. Sound knowledge in media and supply (water, steam, compressed air, cooling, gas), mechanics (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, pipelines), water treatment (filtration, reverse osmosis, softening), hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering (automation, control technology) is as important as the ability to read technical drawings (P&ID, electrical schematics). Confident handling of measuring instruments and CMMS tools completes your profile. Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:
Completed training as a maintenance mechanic, polymechanic EFZ, electrical technician (an equivalent qualification from Germany or France is also possible)
Completed further training as a maintenance specialist is a great advantage
Good German language skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
French language skills are an advantage
Valid driving licence category B
Valid SUVA forklift licence and training for aerial work platforms and lifting platforms are advantageous
Willingness for on-call duty
