About the job
Your Tasks
Your area of responsibility includes processing and finalizing administrative patient admissions in SAP IS-H. You finalize, modify, and open cases, maintain and verify master data, clarify insurance relationships, and obtain cost approvals. As a specialist for initiating the cost assurance process, you communicate with internal and external offices and are available as a contact person for stakeholders.
Recurring assignments at the information desk in the main building as well as other administrative tasks related to cost assurance and master data maintenance complete your future area of responsibility.
Your Profile
You have completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in healthcare, have a high IT affinity (MS Office package and SAP IS-H), and are willing to work weekend and holiday shifts at the information desk. In addition, you find it easy to work in a structured manner and to prioritize cleanly under time pressure and high workload.
