These are your tasks
- Determine requirements in close coordination with internal stakeholders
- Request offers, compare quotations and confidently conduct price and contract negotiations
- Place orders, monitor deadlines and ensure invoice verification
- Identify and implement bundling potentials
- Keep supplier and material master data up to date and develop it qualitatively
- Collaborate in contract management and ensure its operational implementation
- Support SAP adjustments as well as create and continuously optimise processes, work instructions and documentation
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in purchasing
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial or energy-related environment
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM, S/4), SAP Ariba and MS Office
- Analytical and structured way of thinking
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness and strong communication abilities
- Independent, reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
- You can expect a growing team where structures and processes are developed together
