• Accompanying, supporting and promoting our trainees in the training to become a Health Care Assistant
• Co-responsibility for the practical implementation of the training mandate according to the provisions of the training ordinance and framework curricula
• Conducting learning and study days
• At least 10% activity as a trainer, flexibly designed through internal task distribution, combined with work in direct care

• Completed training as a Health Care Professional with two years of professional experience in the acute sector
• Completed pedagogical further training SVEB 1 course instructor or practical trainer or interest in completing this
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of German
• Commitment, empathy and joy in individual support and care of trainees/students
