The Sennhof day school includes three kindergartens, each with one class, the primary school with seven primary classes, and the Oberzelg care centre. At the Sennhof day school, children are taught in mixed-age and year-group classes. Around 200 pupils attend our school. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated school assistant for our 1st and 2nd grades starting 17 August 2026. Your working hours will be between 21 and 24 hours per week.

Your Tasks

Accompanying the children, incorporating the background knowledge provided by our special education teacher

Carrying out and adhering to the exercises and procedures prepared by the special education teacher

Accompanying and supporting the assigned children in consultation with the class teacher

Participation in school and class events

Acting in accordance with the guidelines of "Strength instead of Power"

Your Profile

Completed EFZ qualification

Completed training as a school assistant with a focus on special education

Motivation to collaborate with class teachers and special education teachers

Enjoyment in supporting children with special needs

Calm and composed behaviour in challenging situations
