About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an empathetic Health Specialist EFZ.
In a large ward with 32 residents with varying care and nursing needs, you will take on the various responsibilities of the day or late shift management. Together with the team, you will care for the well-being of the residents and ensure the best possible care for the residents at all times. You will be jointly responsible for the entire nursing process and also take on the role of a key contact person.
Would you like to contribute to the training of young professionals? Then you have the opportunity with us to additionally take on the role of a vocational trainer in the ward.
