Our "Investment Projects" team needs reinforcement. We are looking for a technically skilled individual with an advanced professional and theoretical background as a new colleague. Someone who enthusiastically acquires new knowledge independently in related technical topics, especially through interdisciplinary collaboration with the relevant specialist departments.

Your tasks

• Planning and management of projects: definition of project goals, milestones and schedules
• Coordination of teams: collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement projects efficiently
• Resource management: ensuring optimal use of personnel and material resources
• Planning and execution of trial orders in production as well as measurement of results in the materials technology laboratory and their documentation
• Quality control: monitoring project results in terms of quality, time and budget
• Risk management: identification of potential risks and development of action plans
• Reporting: preparation of status reports and presentation of project results to management
• Customer satisfaction: ensuring the fulfilment of customer requirements and expectations

You bring with you

• Technical basic training with further education to FH engineer or certified technician HF in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering, process/plastics technology or plant engineering
• Experience from the production environment (preferably from the cable production environment)
• Sound knowledge in project management
• CAD skills
• Analytical, factual approach to challenges
• Assertiveness
• Effortless communication in English and German
