• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio
• You support, advise and empower our customers throughout their life cycle and its key events
• You ensure excellent and personal advice to customers on the topics of money, saving, investing, provision and financing
• You take on a leading role in the team
• You are the face of the Aarberg location – with your personality you shape the local identity, are the driving force behind our local events and maintain our regional network

• You have several years of professional experience in banking and further training at HF or FH level
• You have very good knowledge in the areas of money, saving, investing, provision and financing
• You enjoy direct customer contact with good communication and presentation skills
• You have a very high service orientation with a courteous and winning manner
• You have a high degree of initiative and entrepreneurial commitment
