Your Profile

• You have successfully completed training as a construction manager, HF technician in structural engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding projects in structural engineering
• Independent working style, assertiveness, team player

Your Challenges

• Comprehensive supervision of demanding general contractor/subcontractor buildings up to turnkey handover
• Responsibility for on-site construction management
• Responsible for organising the construction process and scheduling
• Support in the awarding process
• As a contact person, you are available to external and internal clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and tradespeople
