Heating Site Manager (M/F)
- Organise and manage heating works, from site preparation to installation handover.
- Plan interventions and coordinate fitters, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Liaise with clients, architects, technical offices, and other trades.
- Monitor work progress, costs, and deadlines.
- Anticipate material needs and manage supplies.
- Ensure quality of execution and compliance with safety instructions.
- Track modifications, additional work, and site documents.
- Coordinate commissioning and resolution of defects.
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as heating installer or equivalent training; additional training in site management is an advantage.
- Proven experience in heating, with practice in site management or team supervision.
- Good proficiency in reading plans and heating installations.
- Organisational skills, autonomy, and ability to find solutions on site.
- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
- Good command of French, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in common computer tools.
- Category B driving licence.
