- Programming CNC milling machines with Mastercam as well as ISO programming (Siemens Sinumerik).
- Processing demanding workpieces on 4- and 5-axis machines.
- Developing clamping concepts and setting up tools.
- Manufacturing individual parts, prototypes and small series (up to max. 50 pieces).
- Independently measuring and inspecting your components according to ISO 17025.
- Optimising machining processes.
- Polymechanic EFZ or practitioner with extensive experience in CNC milling.
- Mastercam programming is mandatory.
- Experience with 4-/5-axis machining - more axes an advantage.
- Confident handling of stainless steel and special stainless (e.g. 1.4404).
- Precise work in the range of 2-5 hundredths.
- Very good German skills are mandatory.
- Discipline, reliability and a clean working method.
