What can you expect?
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential through proactive support and targeted addressing of the customer portfolio
- Building, further developing and intensifying customer relationships into a main banking relationship
- Comprehensive advice and support for customers in the areas of saving, payments, investing and retirement planning with a focus on investment and pension business
- Systematic and proactive handling of sales opportunities as well as arranging and attending consultation appointments
- Identifying needs and involving the responsible specialist advisors for further customer requirements
- Participation in target group-specific market development measures and campaigns
What do you bring with you?
- Completed training in banking or finance
- Enjoy proactively approaching customers and prospects and building new contacts
- Several years of experience in customer consulting, ideally in investment and pension business
- Strong sensitivity to customer needs and the ability to systematically identify and utilise potential
- High initiative, perseverance and closing strength
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
