You can look forward to these tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the PLAN team with seven process/application managers
- Organization and coordination of the team with joint responsibility for change management as well as the applicative operation of the core applications
- Taking over and further developing IT project and change portfolio management
- Responsibility for the IT project and change portfolio in close coordination with your own area and the specialist managers
- Link between the PLAN team and various committees within Volg as well as in the fenaco Landi Group
- Responsibility for compliance with processes and guidelines in the CCA (change and incident management)
We look forward to this profile
- Completed vocational training, supplemented by a degree in business informatics FH or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in IT project portfolio management or application management
- Several years of experience in leading and developing employees
- Strong understanding of processes in retail
- Applicative core processes in SAP Retail (ECC and/or S/4HANA) are known
- Confident appearance, customer-oriented working style, team orientation, and strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving oriented work, analytical and conceptual approach
