Our client is a modern, future-oriented service company in the field of outpatient assistance and home care, serving around 31,000 residents in two Aargau municipalities. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as Team Leader Somatics (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Team Leader Somatics 80-100 (m/f/d)

- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of a care team

- Responsibility for high-quality and economical service delivery

- Ensuring and further developing quality standards

- Planning and managing working hours and performance recording

- Conducting appraisal and development discussions

- Co-designing and implementing projects for further development

- Planning, leading and moderating team meetings

- Taking on nursing assignments to support the team

- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
