Technical Draftsperson

About the job

We are a 14-year-old development office focusing on multi-family houses in residential and core zones.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and independent individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, who supports our projects with high drafting and technical competence.

Your tasks

• Creating and editing project, execution, and detail plans
• Development and elaboration of constructive details, 3D planning and modelling in Archicad-28
• Planning implementation of designs and project specifications
• Coordination and integration of planning bases from specialist planners
• Support with building submissions and execution planning

Your profile

• Training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in planning multi-family houses
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction methods, standards and building regulations
• Very good Archicad-28 skills as well as experience in 3D planning
• Experience in creating architectural visualisations is an advantage
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of constructive solutions and teamwork
