To strengthen our team at Shed Estate AG, we are looking for a committed and highly organised personality as Event Manager (m/f/d) 100% by arrangement.

Your Tasks

– You are responsible for the entire event business, from enquiry to final billing

– You advise customers, prepare offers and conclude contracts

– You plan events, create function sheets and coordinate with kitchen, service and external partners

– You are on site at larger events and the contact person for customers and team

– You lead the event team, plan deployments and further develop processes

– You carry revenue responsibility, prepare forecasts and post-calculations per event

– You work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager

Your Profile

– Higher education in hospitality, gastronomy or event management (e.g. hotel management school)

– Several years of experience in the event sector, ideally in upscale gastronomy or hospitality

– Leadership experience as well as experience in sales and costing

– Fluent in German, good in English

– Proficient in MS Office, Gastronovi and the event software Event Temple

– Knowledge of L-GAV and labour law

– Winning manner, organisational talent and genuine host gene

– Flexible and resilient, also in the evenings and at weekends
