Labour Market Integration Winterthur supports young people and adults in their integration into vocational training or a position in the primary labour market. Would you like to accompany young adults and adults on this path? We are looking for an application coach for our "PvB EP KID" programme from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, limited to one year.

Your Tasks

Support in creating and designing application documents

Assistance in preparing for job interviews

Support in implementing the individual search strategy and application process

Advice on questions regarding the labour market, vocational training and sectors

Close cooperation and exchange with the case-managing coaches

Your Profile

Professional certificate in human resources with a focus on consulting, corporate mentoring or equivalent

Further training in adult education (at least SVEB I)

Sound knowledge of the labour market as well as common application strategies, selection procedures and placement methods

Experience in supporting career orientation/integration processes is an advantage

Independent working style and confident German language skills, both spoken and written
