Job Description
- Support and development of key accounts, distributors, and resellers
- Acquisition of new customers in the areas of consumer electronics, B2B, office supplies, mass market, and third-party e-commerce
- Conducting sales and advisory discussions with a focus on successful closures
- Development and implementation of sales strategies for the sales territory
- Analysis of sell-out figures and support of customers in sales promotion measures
- Negotiation of prices and special conditions within agreed framework conditions
- Monitoring ongoing orders and project business as well as solution-oriented clarification of discrepancies
- Planning, organisation, and execution of trade fair appearances as well as follow-up of trade fair contacts
- Market observation and communication of relevant insights to sales management and product management
- Continuous engagement with new products, services, and competitive developments
Profile
- Completed basic training in sales, retail, or a comparable field
- Further training in sales, ideally complemented by a degree or further education in business
- At least three years of experience in key account management and distributor management in Europe
- Practical experience with third-party e-commerce channels and strong e-commerce affinity
- Industry experience in travel luggage, leather goods, IT distribution, IT resellers, or high-quality consumer goods is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills at C1 level, additional languages are an advantage
- Strong sales talent, negotiation skills, and a convincing presence
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- High initiative, implementation strength, and hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of customer contact, communication skills, and teamwork
