■ Your task is the conceptual preparation and execution of SAP HXM consulting projects in the areas of HCM Core and SuccessFactors

■ You analyze and design efficient processes in SAP HCM/HXM and are responsible for the technical implementation

■ With your expertise in SAP HCM, combined with SuccessFactors know-how, you quickly take on project and application responsibility

■ Your commitment is required in the independent execution of training for clients and interested parties

■ You develop existing customer relationships and build new ones

■ Ideally, you have know-how in leading and organizing (sub-)projects

■ In addition to a pronounced communication ability in German and English, you also possess a high level of social competence

■ You think in a business-oriented and customer-focused manner
