You coordinate collaboration with health insurance companies and simultaneously take on nursing assignments at our customers' homes.

Coordinator: Health Insurance 60% - 80%

This is your field of activity

• Completion and processing of needs reports
• Timely delivery of needs reports to the responsible doctors as well as to the service providers (e.g. health insurance companies) including ensuring the completeness of the documents Processing of inquiries and objections from insurers
• Exchange and coordination with team leaders to ensure needs-based service delivery according to RAI specifications
• Close cooperation with case-managing employees to coordinate needs assessment
• Internal support on questions of service financing
• Support in reviewing and processing cost approvals
• Nursing assignments with our customers

• Completed nursing training at tertiary level (HF/FH)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High service orientation as well as friendly and professional demeanour
• Knowledge of dealing with health insurance companies and cost approvals is an advantage
