Your profile

You are a passionate host and enjoy working "on the front line"
You have several years of experience at the reception and work confidently with the hotel software Protel
You are an organizational talent and have a quick grasp
You have very good German and good English skills and handle written and oral correspondence flawlessly
You are a service-oriented, reliable, and communicative personality
Team spirit is important to you and you motivate the service team to top performance through your professionalism, commitment, and flexibility

Your tasks

You ensure a calm and safe atmosphere during your shift between 10:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. and are responsible for smooth operations at night
You welcome and bid farewell to our guests with charm and professionalism and partly assist guests during check-in and check-out
You are the first point of contact for our hotel guests, receive their concerns, and coordinate their wishes
You take over the telephone switchboard and perform the daily closing (Protel) and the corresponding checks
You conduct inspection rounds through the hotel and perform small cleaning tasks
