- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance, caretaker, or basic training in the HVACSE sector
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Sound technical understanding as well as manual skills

You look after several properties on site and are the contact person for our customers in the field of building technology. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:
- You look after properties on site and are the first point of contact for our customers and users.
- You ensure the technical and infrastructural operation of the properties.
- You carry out repair and maintenance work on building services systems and facilities.
- You coordinate and monitor service and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems.
- You prepare quotations and support the implementation of customer orders.
- You participate in the planning and realisation of projects.
- You take on on-call duties and contribute to trouble-free operation.
