For the Trademarks & Designs department, we are looking for inquisitive personalities to strengthen our team and help examine over 30,000 Swiss and international trademarks annually. You don’t have to be an Einstein, but it helps if you know that Apple is more than just a fruit and not every panda lives in a zoo. You can expect varied work where you can research, discuss, argue, decide, and develop yourself. Through your work, you contribute to reliably meeting processing deadlines and ensuring satisfied customers. And incidentally, you will acquire a wealth of knowledge – perfect for shining in the next quiz round.

What to expect with us
- You decide whether a trademark can be protected – through your ability to research and formulate practical justifications
- You convince with your editorial and argumentative skills in writing, which clearly and precisely explain the various grounds for refusal of a trademark
- You provide oral and written information to our customers
- In the medium term, there is the possibility to work in various teams or groups of experts (e.g. in the area of practical application, internal training, or projects)
What makes you successful
What makes you successful
- You have a university degree or a comparable qualification (e.g. CAS Paralegal, HF Law), preferably complemented by initial professional experience
- You are a native German or French speaker and have very good knowledge of the other language
- You enjoy researching, editing, and arguing
- You have a broad general education, a quick grasp, and an interest in legal issues
- You like working independently, with deadlines, in multilingual teams
- You are open to new things and feel at home working with digital processes and project teams
