What to expect with us
Vista Alpina is one of the leading eye clinics in Switzerland with four locations in Valais. We perform over 5,000 procedures annually – with established processes, state-of-the-art equipment, and a team that supports you. We are a reference center for refractive cataract surgery as well as for clinical research.
With us, you will work across the entire spectrum of eye surgery: from cataract surgery to retinal treatments and corneal transplants/crosslinking to eyelid surgery. Experience in eye surgery is an advantage.
Start at 7:30 AM, surgery begins at 8:00 AM
1 hour lunch break; constant stress is prohibited!
Clear, digital time tracking – you clock your working hours and compensate for every minute of overtime
Home office possible for admin tasks
Responsibility for the training of the surgical team
You will independently perform IPL treatments and suture removals after eyelid surgeries
You monitor and improve our surgical processes – because quality and efficiency go hand in hand.
Our surgical team is a lively mix of young and experienced – warm, direct, with humor. We have lunch together and are always on a first-name basis. Twice a year, we celebrate together at our Vista Alpina team events.
