Your tasks with the new employer:

• Responsibility for overall financial planning including budgeting and liquidity management with a focus on sustainable stability and economic target achievement

• Precise and standard-compliant preparation of financial statements taking into account recognised guidelines, especially within the framework of Swiss GAAP FER

• Sound analyses and transparent reports provide management with reliable decision-making bases for strategic corporate management

• As the leading contact person in the finance area, you motivate a small team with two accounting employees as well as apprentices and actively promote their further development and personal responsibility

• A solid commercial basic education or a business degree forms a strong foundation – persons with many years of practical experience in a similar role are also welcome
  
• Further training in finance and accounting, controlling or leadership (e.g. professional certificate, CAS or comparable qualifications) supports your long-term development in this role
  
• Proven practical knowledge of modern ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, BI tools and common reporting standards
