Project Manager: Client Representation 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Managing the planning and execution of large, complex new build and refurbishment projects in the context of complex site developments, primarily in residential construction, supplemented by office and commercial buildings
- Leading external planners, construction and general contractors
- Forward-looking project management from preliminary design to and including handover of construction projects
- Ensuring client-side project objectives regarding costs, deadlines, and quality
Your Profile
- University or technical college degree with specific further training, e.g. in planning and construction management and/or construction economics
- Extensive planning and realisation experience of large building and civil engineering projects at a construction management / general planning company or a general contractor
- Several years of experience as a client representative with solid commissioning competencies
- Sense of responsibility, independence, and reliability
- Flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Confident manner, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good MS Office knowledge
