The AR Hospital Network
The Appenzell Ausserrhoden Hospital Network, with the Herisau Acute Hospital and the AR Psychiatric Centre in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Clinic for Anaesthesiology and Emergency Medicine under the direction of Mr Markus Bischoff, the operational head of rescue, Mr Sven Voss, is seeking immediately or by arrangement a paramedic HF with a focus on quality management for a 100% workload in the rescue service.

- You take responsibility for re-certifications and compliance with quality standards
- You continuously develop processes and documentation
- You support new employees and students in their induction and development

- You ensure correct operation documentation and administrative procedures
That is why we want you
- You have completed training as a certified paramedic HF
- You have already gained experience in the rescue service
- You are interested in quality management or ideally already have some experience in it
- You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your actions
- You make decisions confidently and stand by them
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute actively
