Plumber with Leadership Experience and Customer Responsibility

• Take on the professional and personnel management of the service team in the plumbing area
• Care for complex customer properties and actively expand the customer portfolio through new service contracts
• Create resource and route planning as well as ensure the organisation of the on-call service
• Ensure calculation of service offers, material procurement and budget monitoring
• Secure quality standards and occupational safety during maintenance, repairs and commissioning

• Completed EFZ basic training with several years of professional experience in the plumbing service sector
• Proven leadership experience in technical customer service
• Strong quality awareness, negotiation skills and customer-oriented actions
• Reliable and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as driving licence category B are mandatory
